DANIEL
FARMER
about.
Working in CAD has become more than just a tool for me, it’s a way of thinking. I use it to ideate, to test, to build and to refine.
What excites me most is not just shaping an object, but uncovering its logic, defending its essence against competing demands, and making sure it remains meaningful – for the user and for the team that builds it.
Colleagues and mentors have often described me as both creative and thorough: someone who sees the big picture without losing attention to details.
I enjoy working independently, but what truly motivates me is collaboration across disciplines – breaking down requirements together, scouting trends, developing future scenarios, and translating them into tangible concepts and prototypes.
My design approach works iteratively from the outside in and back again: observing people and contexts, recognizing patterns, and refining ideas until they fit functionally, aesthetically, and culturally.
That human factor – the way products actually become part of lives – is what drives my work.
I know the value I bring to a team: technical depth, creative persistence, and the ability to connect perspectives. But I also know that the best solutions only emerge when people work together in an atmosphere of trust, openness and humor.
That is the culture I want to contribute to.
